Position Summary Under the direction of the Central Intake Supervisor, the Central Intake Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing all referrals in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating both internally and externally, and promoting collaboration among the multi-disciplinary home health team. Education College Degree in Nursing - Preferred Experience 1 Year nursing, paramedical, or coding - Preferred 1 year nursing experience in an acute care setting or ICD coding preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred but not required. License & Certification If a Licensed RN/LPN, must be in the State served by the Agency.
