Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Centralized Scheduler will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’sOutpatient Program.

Pay: $18.67 - $20.76 per hour.


Responsibilities


+ The Centralized Scheduler position will greet each patient cordially and professionally in person and on phone.

+ Responsible for scheduling patient individual and medical sessions.

+ Maintain clinical and medical staff “will call” and “back-fill” lists and schedules accordingly.

+ Confirm status updates of patient appointments.

+ Performs Quality Assurance activities.
