About The Role

The Centre Director, Centre of Excellence (CoE), Airport Innovation reports directly to the Governing Board and translates the Board’s strategic direction into an operational reality through its performance, direction and delivery of the CoE’s mandate across its three roles: Research and Innovation, Innovation Talent Developments, and Manager of Innovation Assets.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Translate the Governing Board’s vision and strategic direction into a clear operating model, annual delivery roadmap, and multi-year strategic plan aligned to the CoE’s three phases;
• Develop strategy and operating plans for Board approval and ensuring alignment with the national aviation strategy;
