About the Role
This role is for 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays on rota when required.
Customer experience is what
this role is all about. Really making our customers feel welcome by engaging
with them and ensuring their experience of our business is overall professional
and positive. Greeting visitors and customers on arrival you will build a
rapport and listen to what they are looking for to be able to pass them over to
the relevant team member (e.g. Sales or Service). Offering refreshments,
encouraging customers to browse the showroom and working closely with marketing
standards is an integral part to this role and our business to ensure the
showroom looks at its best.
