The Centre Principal is responsible for developing Porsche Centre Reading in line with the Porsche Retail Group’s strategy plan, ensuring its success in delivering world-class customer experience and combining strategic leadership, team management, and operational oversight to drive showroom performance.

Responsibilities:

• Appointment as a Certified Individual under the Senior Managers Certification Regime, with inclusion in the FCA Directory.
• Responsibility for delivering Centre business targets across sales, aftersales, finance, insurance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Promotion of a customer‑centric culture throughout the Centre.
• Leadership of a high‑performing team with strong focus on development, engagement and retention.
