Position Overview

The Centre Support Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth closure and documentation of classes conducted at the training centre. This includes validating, filing, updating, and ensuring data accuracy in the Training Management System (TMS). The role is primarily based at the centre and supports the operational flow between trainers, learners, and internal teams to maintain compliance and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Class Closure & Documentation Validate attendance sheets, assessment records, and other class-related documents after each course run. Scan, file, and upload all required documents into the Training Management System (TMS) promptly. Ensure proper filing of learner and trainer records in line with audit and compliance requirements.
