Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO of Dr. Beauty Medical Center.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through relentlessly, solves problems independently, and ensures that every task is completed to the highest standard.

You will play a key role in supporting the CEO across multiple business operations, coordinating projects, managing priorities, and driving execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and priorities.
• Coordinate and follow up on business operations across multiple companies.
• Ensure every task is completed on time by proactively following up with employees, suppliers, clients, and external partners.
• Communicate with government entities, service providers, and business partners when required.
