Position Overview

            Responsibilities Ceramics tutoring & class designing 
Plan exhibitions and events including artist workshop 
Kiln loading and unloading, and firing of ceramic pieces 
Design and produce AIA ceramic product for retail purposes 
Set up, clean, and demonstrate the use of equipment and instruments 
Maintain inventories, order supplies in accordance with purchasing procedures 
Monitor and ensure a clean and safe working environment, with regular upkeep of work area, equipment, supplies, and materials 
Any other assigned ad‑hoc duties 
Qualifications & Requirements Candidates with at least a diploma or degree in 3D art-related qualifications, especially pottery 
Must possess intermediate knowledge of ceramics (throwing, trimming, and glazing) 
Must be able to make sake sets and teapot sets 
Experience with teaching ceramics is an absolute advantage
