Over two semesters, this certificate program combines instruction from professional chefs with practical labs to explore a wide range of culinary techniques and food cultures. Starting in Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Spring 2027, students will gain expertise in cooking, baking, and menu planning essential for success in the culinary industry.
