Position Overview

  • Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
  • Works with team members on certification program related projects and independently supports projects and program related tasks as necessary.
  • Creates reports and documents for various projects and directly supports questions regarding processes and procedures
  • Independently supports various operations of certification programs.
  • May lead portions of the operation of certification programs.
  • May lead teams to continuously improve and drive quality into UL's services to internal and external customers.
