Oversee fumigation activities and ensure adherence to fumigant label requirements and treatment protocols.
Align fumigation schedules with warehouse operations and inventory movement.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
Train and mentor employees on fumigation, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain chemical inventory and documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
Enforce safety protocols and lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize product flow and standardize procedures.
Qualifications:
Certified Applicator License (DPR) by the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) with ability to supervise fumigation in compliance with regulations.
Valid CA Driver’s License.
Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
