+ Work location: 4370 Medical Arts Drive, Suite 300, Flower Mound Road, TX 75028
+ Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm
+ Travel: 25% to surrounding clinics as needed ( _mileage reimbursement provided_ )
