+ Thurs-Sat 1800-0720

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ **At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Certified Medication Assistant (QMAP)**
+ Must have up to date certification in the state of **CO**
+ CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
+ Ability to build rapport with patients
+ Compassionate and caring demeanor
+ Familiarity with medical terminology

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients
+ Document medication administration accurately
+ Follow proper procedures for medication storage and disposal
+ Observe and report any changes in patient condition
