Description:

Request to add 2 CNM positions to increase CNM staffing to include weekend coverage. Current staffing includes 2.7 FTE of CNM coverage and supports M-F only, requesting 2 FT positions to increase to 4.5 FTE and utilize contingent staffing for remainder of coverage. Providers and residency program coordinators are requested weekend CNM coverage to support the 2 residents assigned to the department on weekends. 30-day productivity numbers reported are inclusive of labor deck physicians currently scheduled.
