As a Memory Care CNA at Glenridge, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions.
What You'll Do:
Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls.
