Job Summary:

·Provides clinical services including measurement, fit, fabrication, adjustment, and repair. Produces Orthotic or Prosthetic devices; establishes standards for their design and fabrication in relation to the physician orders.

·Instruct patient in the use of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices

·Ability to read, interpret, and analyze physician's orders.

·Collaborate with physicians in the evaluation and analysis of a patient's need for prosthetic and/or orthotic services; recommend treatment options to physicians when necessary.

·Provide in-service training to physicians and allied health care professionals.
