Certified Payroll Analyst

Job Description
The Payroll Analyst oversees end-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-location workforce, including both regular employees and temporary laborers. This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll operations, with a strong emphasis on prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting. The analyst partners closely with field supervision and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, support onboarding and benefits processes, and uphold internal controls. + Process payroll accurately and on time for a population of approximately 300–600 employees, including around 100 temporary laborers.
