Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is looking for a dedicated and passionate Hybrid-Remote, Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our Family Centered Treatment Team. If you're driven by the desire to make a real difference in the lives of families in their communities, this as needed, could be your next career move! The FCT/FCT-R Team also provides individual and team supervision on a weekly basis as part of our evidenced based model. Qualified candidates will currently hold a certificate as a Peer Specialist through the State of Wisconsin.

This is a part-time, as needed position. There is an additional $1/hour for candidates that are bilingual in Spanish. Also a $1.50 per hour increase upon completing the FCT Peer Endorsement Certification. This role will work primarily with clients navigating substance use recovery
