• Must have current IL license
• Monday through Friday
• 6:30-3:00
• 1:4 call
• Average 10 cases per day
• Beeper call
• MAC, General, intrathecal, spinal, OB (most common when on call)
• Care Team Model
• Mostly adults, occasional healthy kid
