Rate: $250/hr on 1099 with Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Coverage
Schedule
- 40-hour work week
- 4x10 schedule: Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday
- Must be available to work all 4 weeks per month
- One evening call shift per week
- One weekend call shift every 6 weeks
- No part-time providers accepted
