Certified Surgical Tech, CST/Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN – Same Day Surgery

What You Will Do

• Assist the surgical team in Same Day Surgery by preparing operating rooms and supporting procedures under the supervision of the circulating nurse
• Verify correct surgical site, assist with patient transport as needed, and prepare the pre‑operative site
• Review OR schedules, note changes to procedures, and gather required equipment, instruments, and supplies based on surgeon preference cards
• Perform surgical scrub, don sterile gown and gloves, and participate in opening and maintaining the sterile field
• Organize instruments, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety
