Location: UCHealth UCHlth Eye Center AMC, US:CO:Aurora

Department: UCHA Eye Surgery Center

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days . This position is 4 days a week, No Nights, No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays!

Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Demonstrates skills needed to perform as a proficient certified surgical technologist.

Responsibilities:


+ Independently scrub ophthalmic surgical procedures while maintaining sterile technique.

+ Anticipate surgeon needs and prepare instruments and supplies.

+ Maintain patient safety through accurate counts, medication safety, and sharp safety.

+ Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and service specialists to optimize surgical workflows.
