This role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of welded and fabricated structural steel components in a weld and fabrication shop. You will perform detailed inspections throughout the production process, verify adherence to drawings, specifications, and industry codes, and support continuous improvement of quality standards. This is a first-shift position with overtime opportunities in a hands-on, production-focused environment.
