Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Deputy CEO and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Developing and executing the company’s strategic and business plans.Driving the company’s project finance, the phrase mergers and acquisitions (M&A) refers to the consolidation of multiple business entities and assets through a series of financial transactions.Providing leadership and management to reflect the organization's mission and core values.Conducting all necessary inspections and audits; developing and implementing plans of action. Qualifications
Age over 40 years old.Proven record as CFO, Finance Officer, or Relevant role.Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and project finance.Experience in M&A or/and Business development is required.Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
