CFO

System One is partnering with a manufacturing client to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the company's Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Administrative functions while serving as a key member of the management team.
Key Responsibilities

+ Lead all accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger, fixed assets, and internal controls.

+ Prepare and oversee monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

+ Manage banking relationships, daily cash reporting, treasury activities, merchant services, and PCI compliance.

+ Oversee annual financial audits, tax reporting, property tax filings, workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, and regulatory compliance.
