Position Overview:

Responsible for leading the strategic, clinical, and programmatic direction of the Heart & Vascular Service Line across Sutter Health. This role is crucial in enhancing patient care and access, developing distinctive programs, optimizing financial and operational performance, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all levels of service delivery. Will have direct oversight over service line physician section chiefs and medical directors, working closely with market-level leadership across Sutter Health ensuring excellence in clinical programming. Will serve as the clinical subject matter expert for the Heart & Vascular Service Line. Will lead and act in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Sutter Health.

This is a hybrid role with both work from home and onsite requirements. The successful candidate will live within the Sutter footprint.
