Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support for the chairman.
Manage and coordinate the chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements and official activities.
Prepare the agenda and materials of the meeting, accurately record the minutes of the meeting, and ensure the timely follow-up of decision‑making and action matters.
Act as a key communication interface between the chairman and senior management and external stakeholders.
Organize, maintain and protect important company documents, contracts and reports.
Monitor and track the progress of key measures, provide timely reminders and concisely update the status.
Handle sensitive information and the chairman's relevant data with the highest level of confidentiality.
Assume the additional responsibilities entrusted by the chairman.
