The Change Manager will focus on SC/R2P GCC end to end transitions responsible for driving change execution across both sending and receiving markets, ensuring alignment of processes, people, and ways of working throughout the full transition lifecycle. The role orchestrates core change and transition activities including integrated communication planning, multi‑function training and capability readiness, knowledge‑transfer governance, adoption risk management, and stakeholder engagement across business, functional, and enabling teams.

This role provides structured oversight of end‑to‑end readiness—tracking impacts, interdependencies, and adoption indicators across multiple functions to ensure smooth go‑lives and consistent, sustainable uptake of new processes within the GCC model.
