Join a large-scale AI transformation initiative within the financial services and insurance sector focused on accelerating enterprise adoption of new technologies and ways of working. This role leads change management, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities supporting strategic AI and digital programs. The position offers exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and collaboration with senior business and technology leaders across a complex organization. The initial 6-month contract has a high likelihood of extension.
