The Chaplain provides emotional, spiritual, and pastoral support to all team members and their families, regardless of religious beliefs. This role focuses on care, guidance, and crisis support in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular, personal contact with team members at the worksiteProvide support during life events such as: Illness, hospitalization, death, births, marriages, and major milestonesOffer short-term pastoral counseling (confidential within legal and company guidelines) & Refer individuals to external community resources for long-term counseling needsUphold strict ethical standards, integrity, and professional boundariesSupport HR programs related to chaplaincy services and clearly represent the role as a workplace chaplain, not as a local church pastor.
