About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Perioperative Charge Nurse Manager to lead their General, Gynaecology and Plastics (GGP) theatre team.

This is a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity, working predominantly Monday to Friday day shifts within a modern private hospital environment.

Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you'll join an established and supportive perioperative leadership team. You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 25 experienced Registered Nurses and RNFSAs, ensuring the efficient management of people, resources and day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
