Job Summary: <p>The Charge Nurse coordinates and evaluates the delivery of safe and effective patient care by facilitating communication across departments and disciplines to ensure seamless care implementation. This role acts as a nursing resource and liaison among hospital departments, patients, visitors, and administration, promoting professionalism, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
