Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Chargeback Analyst who can investigate disputes, synthesize evidence across multiple systems, and build clear, compelling representment cases. This role is responsible for reviewing chargeback cases end-to-end, identifying fraud patterns, and maximizing revenue recovery for merchants. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work with structured data and customer interactions.
