Job Description

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Partner with Directors to develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning across the business Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive profitability Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Oversee full accounting function (GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, month‑end, year‑end) Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and cost control initiatives Evaluate and manage investments and property portfolio, including lease agreements Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements Maintain compliance with tax, regulatory, and governance standards; manage audits and risk Lead and develop the finance team while supporting key business stakeholders Skills & Experience Complete SAICA articles 2 years post articles Qualification CA(SA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
