Experience: Minimum  2-5 years of post-qualification experience 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Scrutiny Assessment Handling  
   1. Manage scrutiny assessments including preparing detailed responses to various notices 
2. Appeals and Submissions  
   1. Draft, prepare and file appeals, submissions, and paperbooks before the Hon'ble CIT(A) and/or Hon'ble ITAT. 
3. Drafting Tax Opinions  
   1. Prepare technical opinions on various matters related to Direct Tax and International Tax. 
4. Liaising and Briefing Senior Counsel  
   1. Assist and brief senior counsels on complex litigation matters, including providing detailed background and case files. 
5. Tax Research  
   1. Conduct in-depth research on direct tax matters, judicial precedents, circulars...
