The successful individual will need to be experienced in carrying out Level 2 and preferably Level 3 surveys. 

This is an ideal position for an experienced Building Surveyor who wishes to have a greater work/life balance or those looking to complete their APC pathway, whilst having a varied workload across the region of Devon.
