As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Chartering Manager to join our freight team and support both internal shipping needs and third‑party freight operations.

The Chartering Manager – Dry Bulk will be responsible for chartering Handy to Panamax vessels to transport in‑house cargoes and leveraging their market network to identify and fix third‑party cargoes, optimizing fleet utilization and contributing to the company’s freight P&L.

• Source and fix suitable tonnage (Handy – Panamax) for internal cargo flows on both voyage and time charter basis.
• Negotiate charter party terms with owners, brokers and operators to ensure optimal freight rates and conditions.
