Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Answer questions about products, services, and policies.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
