Tasks Include:

• Plan and prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, breads, and regional specialties.

• Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials and new dishes that align with customer preferences and current trends.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency in flavour, portion, and presentation across lunch and dinner services.

• Ensure correct seasoning, temperature control, and portioning for all meals prepared.

• Assist in maintaining quality standards and workflow within the kitchen.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Monitor inventory levels, check deliveries, stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.
