This position provides a great opportunity for a highly experienced chef looking to develop their skills further. You will ensure tasks assigned are carried out in a timely fashion, to a high standard and within food hygiene guidelines.

Main Duties

·Work with Executive chef / directors to develop weekly specials that align with the restaurant’s concept and ethos.

·Ensure menu items meet quality, presentation, and portion control standards

·Oversee daily Kitchen operations during their shift, ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

·Ensuring all kitchen equipment is fully functional and maintained

·Manage food wastage through portion control to optimize cost effectiveness
