You will be responsible for running the operations of the Dining Room & Kitchen exclusive to residence guests, ensuring continuous quality and consistent standards to provide an enjoyable and extraordinary dining experience. The role also involves developing relationships with guests and colleagues, becoming an integral part of the Resort’s success in the global growth of our brands.

• Reporting directly to the Executive Chef
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five‑star hotels
• Strong operational experience in a high‑quality international cuisine restaurant
• Creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, with good leadership skills
