Responsibilities - Run the operations of the dining room & kitchen exclusive to residence guests.
- Ensure continuous quality and consistent standards.
- Provide enjoyable and extraordinary dining experience to guests.
Qualifications - Reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
- Strong operational experience in a high-quality international cuisine restaurant.
- Creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, and strong leadership skills.
