Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes techniques and ingredients.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
