Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + bonus and relocation assistance
Benefits: $5,000 in relocation / MDV / 401(k) + 2% employer match
Private member-owned club looking for a fine dining Chef de Cuisine to join their team
What You'll Do:
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate culinary team members during service
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, food cost controls, and kitchen organization
- Ensure sanitation, safety, and health standards are consistently followed
- Help develop seasonal menus, specials, and culinary initiatives
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
- Step into leadership responsibilities in the Executive Chef's absence
