About the Role

PMET Resources Inc. is an exploration and development company focused on critical minerals hosted in pegmatites. The Company’s primary focus is the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project, a 100%-owned, district-scale site located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec. This world‑class project hosts the largest lithium pegmatite mineral reserve in the Americas, significant tantalum resources, and the world’s largest cesium resource hosted in pollucite, positioning PMET as a future key player in the North American critical minerals sector.

The incumbent plays a key role in the advancement of the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project by serving as both the technical lead for mining engineering and the project manager for technical study programs. The position directly contributes to the optimisation of mining strategies and the progression of critical studies required to support the development of one of the world’s largest hard‑rock lithium deposits.
