Key Responsibilities

• Run your section efficiently and consistently during service
• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes using fresh, premium ingredients
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards
• Support junior chefs with training and day‑to‑day guidance
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and section organisation
