Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking an experienced chef/kitchen professional to organize and oversee restaurant kitchen operations in collaboration with the restaurant chef. You will help develop cuisine concepts, ensure food safety, and maintain high presentation standards for guests in a luxury environment.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of HACCP, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting, including shifts and holidays.
