We're looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) who is passionate about great food, obsessed with quality, and excited to be part of a team that pushes innovation while maintaining the highest standards of execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead a designated kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
• Support menu development and new product trials.
• Train and guide junior kitchen team members.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage through efficient kitchen practices.
