About the role
Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, this is a challenging and dynamic role that is ideal for an experienced Chef De Partie Pastry with a passion for creating exceptional desserts. You will be expected to take ownership of all aspects of pastry production, from menu design to recipe creation and execution. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in overseeing the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, ensuring each dish meets the restaurant's quality standards.
