Key Responsibilities

• Handle pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Manage daily mise en place and station organization
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Support junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage
